Successful day trialling a new remote trigger with a cup of tea. When I first started to learn about Scotland’s wildlife I would watch the birds that visited my parents garden and find out as much about them as I could, they were and are still are a great way to connect to nature from the comfort of your own home. #Stayathome #savelives #Gardenbirds #remotecapture #followme #wildlifefrommywindow

The UK government have just announced they plan to phase out badger culling in England, opting to move towards cattle and badger vaccination regimes to tackle bTB! Hopefully this will result in many badgers being saved from an unscientific cull who can freely snuffle about, like this individual photographed at @rspb_love_nature Haweswater last year. #HappyThursday #Stopthecull #progress #followme #badgers

This Greenfinch flew into our window this morning. After some rest in a padded shoebox off the frosty ground this stunned beauty soon flew off, later returning to our bird feeders in the afternoon to gorge again. Thanks to @ScottishSPCA for their advice. #birdrescue #greenfinch #followme

A herd of elephants browse in Botswana’s Okavango Delta surrounded by water buffalo. The Delta is one of the largest and most unique wetlands in the world which supports 530 species of birds, 160 species of mammals, 155 species of reptiles, 35 species of amphibian and 1500 species of plants.
